IPhone 5C camera glitch when on GPRS or low signal

Does anyone else have this problem?

My IPhone 5C camera seems to crack and parts of the screen goes purple, which means i cannot take photos, this only seems to happen when i am on GPRS or have very low signal, can anyone help? This also seems to be a problem for snapchat or any other app which has the use of a camera.
