YouTube app issue. Video plays a few seconds the repeats while audio continues to play.

The video starts, plays a few seconds with the audio then the video portion repeats while the audio continues. And then plays a little more video, loops all the while the audio just keeps going. I have cleared all history and searches. Powered the device off and back on. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app which supposedly deletes all data. Tried several different videos. iOS 8.3 iPad Help?
