iCloud does not upload photos but has empty photo folders
20,000 photos. Good internet connections. Only about 4000 will upload. Rest will not shift.
In iCloud there are all the event folders, but they remain stubbornly empty. Will not fill even if directly use drag and drop or upload feature.
Is it my computer?
Is iCloud rubbish?
