LTE

My iPad Air2 doesn't connect to LTE (just 4g) even though LTE Enabled is turned on. We have an identical Air2 that readily goes to LTE. How do I solve this problem?

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore. Before restoring the phone you'll want to ensure that you've fully backed it up. You can reference this article if you need help:

If you restore your iPad and the issue persists you'll want to contact your carrier and have them reprovision the account, even if they say it looks good. If that fails you may need a hardware repair/replacement.
