Wifi problems

My iPhone 6 is being so slow even when it is connected to wifi. I have tried resetting the network and restarting my iPhone. We've also tried resetting the wifi router and it doesn't fix the problem either. I've been having this problem every since I got this iPhone in October.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

Hello Allyson97,

It may help to force close all open apps, then reset your iPhone.

Force an app to close in iOS

Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

If you're still experiencing issues with your network connections, the next step would be to reinstall iOS on your device by placing it in Recovery Mode, then choosing Update in iTunes.

  1. Make sure that you have iTunes 12 or later on your computer.
  2. Put your device in recovery mode.
  3. When you get the option to restore or update, select Update. This will reinstall iOS without erasing your data.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond or doesn't turn onhttps://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201412

All my best,

Allen
