Creating DVD image from VIDEO_TS folder using Terminal

Doing an image the following way:

hdiutil makehybrid -udf -udf-volume-name DVD_LABEL_NAME -o /path/to/MY_DVD.iso /path/to/VIDEO_TS/parent/folder

How do I specify the image size to achieve the image takes all the disc space?
