Mac Pro Late 2013 Randomly Reboots

I have a Mac Pro Late 2013 an it's been randomly rebooting for a while. I have an UAD Apollo Quad audio interface, and OWC hard drive and a G-Drive as peripherals. I've already run a Hardware Test and nothing appears to be wrong with it. I've also tried disconnecting one peripheral at a time and it keeps rebooting. Now, I've removed all peripherals and have only my keyboard, monitor and an ethernet cable connected to it. I'm on OS 10.9.5

Is anyone having the same issue? Here are the specs and the kernell panic report:

Two items I noted:

com.uaudio.driver.UAD2System(8.1.1

I don't know what this is for but it was the only extension named in the dependencies associated with the panic as well as: BSD process name corresponding to current thread: UA Mixer Engine.

The second item I noted is the PaceApp extension - com.paceap.kext.pacesupport.snowleopard.

I would be concerned if this software is compatible.

I would suggest you boot the computer into Safe Mode. If you can run in safe mode without panics, then you need to uninstall all the third-party extensions associated with your third-party hardware.

Your panic report shows a machine check, with status 4 or 5 from multiple processors showing. This is almost always caused by RAM Memory problems. Your panic report is a little different from the ones we see from the processors in the silver towers, but all the expected elements are there.

Mac Pro with Xeon Processor feature Error Correcting Code RAM Memory. Eight extra syndrome bits (permutations and combinations of parity on the bits in a word) are stored with each 64-bit data word in memory. When read back, the Xeon processor has fast Hardware that can check for and correct certain errors in one stretched memory-cycle.

Most double-bit errors are uncorrectable, and are intended to halt the machine with a kernel panic, machine check, to avoid poisoning your data. I believe that is what you are seeing in this report.

Single bit errors are corrected on the fly and the machine keeps operating normally. A background process checks for errors (and keeps track of which modules have seen them) from time-to-time. The summary of which modules have seen errors can be invoked in this report:

User uploaded file

graphic from anandtech.com

 menu >About this Mac > ( More Info ) > Report > Memory ...

... will show you a STATIC report. You keep refreshing or re-invoking it while you work. The Hardware continues to watch each read from memory without having to run an artificial memory test that may or may not induce the problem. Sooner or later you will likely see which modules are getting correctable errors. (a second error in the same word in that module will cause the machine to halt on a kernel panic, machine check)

Now some speculation:

Yours is one of the first machine-check reports from the newer Xeon Processors. In this report, each of the processors has an Address register than contains the same address. It is possible that address is the address of the fault. That address is hexadecimal a0c03800.

converted to decimal, that would be 2,696,951,808, an address well inside the first 4GB of address space. So I would be interested to see if the first of your four 16GB modules is the one that ands up showing the problem.
