ok, here come paul again, with another weird question for you folks! i just bought a magic mouse from a young man. when i pair it to my mac, it shows his name ie: john doe's magic mouse. how do i change the name of the mouse to mine?

Kappy, this didn't seem to work as there was no provision in bluetooth preferences to do so. 😟

You select the mouse entry, then CTRL- or RIGHT-click and select Rename from the context menu.

Thanks, but you just gave yourself Green. Rewards have to be made on a message post from the user, not from the OP (you.) It's also possible now to alter a Gold reward to a Green one, but once you reward a Green you cannot reward another one. Keep that in mind for the next time around. 😀Glad we got your issue fixed. If you are connecting to a laptop (i.e. MacBook) you can also press CTRL + trackpad for the context menu.
