my iPhone4s don't notice ant notifications.

My iPhone4s iOS8.3 don't notice any notifications but before this every notifications was noticed normally.

I have followed the instructions : turn on every notifications , connect to iTunes already but it doesn't work.

but it shows in the picture i have attached.
