Uninstall Kaspersky per the developers instructions, you don't need it and it is contributing to your slow down. Uninstall Clean My Mac per these instructions http://macpaw.com/support/cleanmymac2/knowledgebase/how-to-uninstall-cleanmymac- 2 Clean My Mac is one of the worst pieces of software ever written for a Mac. Once your done ridding your Mac of the junk restart and things should be back to normal.

Ddid you follow the instructions I linked too? That is the only correct way to remove it. If you tried anything else you may have to reinstall the app in order to remove it.
Followed you instructions implicitly. CleanMyMac 2 was removed in the fashion you provided a long time ago. This is a remnant of the item. As you indicated, the system is running much faster. Just unable to remove code referencing CleanMyMac2.

The only way I know to remove the last traces of CMM is unfortunately to reinstall the app and follow the developers instructions to remove it.
