I have forgtten the security qustion

I have been confronted with a serious problem about not being able to buy

applications from app store after charging my apple ID to 10 dollars. Exact

problem is that when I try to buy an application security qustion is asked

and unfortunately I have forgtten the security qustion. Moveover ,I have

not provided a recovery email for my apple ID and as a result I cannot find

security qustion from appleid.apple.com. would you kindly mind helping me

to get able to buy applicatons using my apple ID ?
