I made my apple id years ago so I don't
remember the answers to my security
questions. I don't want to call apple again
because I feel like they're gonna try to
charge me for it, and I really just don't
want to talk to them. they're annoying.

Use your rescue email address. If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
As far as I know, there is no charge for help with security questions.
Apple's Account Security team usually works by phone; they also don't charge for this. If desired, you can click here and contact Apple, but will probably be told to call.
Unless you previously set up a rescue email address, you cannot resolve this issue on your own or with assistance from the people here.
