My phone are crazy

Yesterday, I can't download or update anything.. Now app store said me sign in and I download a app and "You've already purchased this, so it will be downloaded now at no additional charge." what should i do ?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

You're being told you can download for free the app you purchased yesterday. What do you see wrong here?

This is a good thing. You have already payed for the application, and you are trying to download it again. Because you have payed for it previously, iTunes is just informing you that you won't need to pay for it again, and you can just download it as if it is a free app 😀
