Can't use a backup because of the iOS difference

My iPhone was ruined so I took it to the store and since the problem had no solution they gave me a new one. The ruined iPhone had the iOS 8.3 and the new one has the iOS 8 and now I can't use the back up from the old phone cause of the iOS difference

Is there a salution for this?
