MacBook Pro RAM causing Kernel Panic, three beeps at runtime

During use my MacBook Pro freezes and starts beeping three times then shuts down. Sometimes this is followed by a kernel panic at startup or the beeps again. I looked it up and the beeping indicates an issue with RAM. The unusual part is that this happens at runtime, making it hard to diagnose. I believe it only happens with the bottom RAM slot (nearer the keyboard) since I removed one of the RAM sticks and it worked fine for a week.

I removed the motherboard and cleaned all the circuits around the RAM slots but this hasn't helped. It crashes about 1 hour after use and on restart it crashes again in 10 minutes. I've tried swapping my RAM with the stock Apple RAM but this hasn't helped. I've ran the system diagnostic with the repair CD I have for over an hour without any issues, so I don't think the RAM is faulty. Rather, I suspect it's the RAM slot or something related on the motherboard. I've recently performed repairs to replace my keyboard and I'm concerned it might have damaged something on the motherboard, since the problems started a few weeks afterwards. Though it could be unrelated and just part of an aging machine.
