Downloading streaming video?

Hi there!

Does anyone know of a good way to download streaming videos? I'm trying desperately to download an online concert that's really special and I haven't had any luck with any free software I've found. If anyone can help me, I'd be so appreciative! I basically just need to download the concert in it's entirety in an Mp4 or similar format so I can burn it to a DVD at some point.

Copied this from another forum, it might help you - it works with YouTube so worth a go.

Hi guys, for those who are using a newer version of safari where activity menu no longer exist. Here is a workaround, first enable develop mode under preferences then advanced tab, check the box. the go the page where you have the video; go to show web inspector under develop menu, reload the page, on the left pane you will see a folder called Other, click on It, you will find a bunch of files one of them is your video, just double click and Voila 🙂
