Send/Receive Photos via Bluetooth between a 6+ and Windows (and Windows Phone & Android)

I am trying to submit pictures of my 6+ from a Windows Phone to said 6+.

I can pair it up easily... I just can't share anything. Likewise can't share photos taken with the 6+ and send it to the Windows Phone.

Besides email and MMS, how can I share images between OSes?

It is bad enough Apple doesn't believe in NFC sharing.
