When I choose a loop in a minor scale, the instruments sound off-key

When I choose a loop in a minor scale, the software instruments sound off-key.

I started a song with a loop in a minor scale.

Then I made software instrument tracks and played mycontroller keyboard, but the keyboard notes sound off-pitch or off-key, even though they're flat notes.

This problem doesn't occur when I start a song that's in a major key.
