hello guys.. uhm i just wanna ask if it is still possible to get my iphone 4s back? it was stolen early this morning..i was calling my phone and it is still ringing.. i haven't verified my icloud account yet..i badly need your help guys.. please tell me what to do.. thanks

Hi Did you have Find my iphone set up totry & locate your iPhone go to www.icloud.com on your PC or other Apple Device to try & track. Cheers Brian

You don't need to have the "application" on the lost phone. Find my iPhone is turned on usually by default when you set up the phone. The application is used on a second phone to track the lost one. Now why don't you read the ENTIRE help document I posted below instead of asking questions which will be answered if you take a few minutes to read the document?
