How can I layout a book in Pages including illustrations and print it on A4 so that the book is A5 on consecutive pages.

How can I layout a book in Pages including illustrations and print it on A4 so that the book is A5 on consecutive pages. I know how to make it print one page with two A5s side by side but that doesn't print a whole book in order back to back like it would in A4 size duplex.

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), 11" 2013
