How to get old version of spread sheet in ipad

Hi, I had been modified a spread sheet with new information and formatting through my iPad and iPhone on 21st May but fortunately it's been restored to an older version which I created on 19th May. I hope there should be a way access the updated version on 21st May again. Please help me and tell me how to access my new data in numbers...?

Did you do the restore? Somehow the file got restored & you do not have an idea why?

You need to make backup versions of important files. I do this manually by making a copy of the file before big changes.

You should be using dropbox.com to make a cloud copy of your important files.
