I am having problems with getting my five free songs from customer support, what do i do?

no there is no redemption code. Customer support gave them to me for being on the phone with them for 3 hours. They did not tell me how to get them

Then contact them again and ask.
Hi Just download the songs you want then you should get a bill by Email but With no charge for 5 Songs. Cheers Brian
