Watch activity data in power reserve mode

Just wondering if the Watch still accumulates basic Activity data (steps etc.) when it has gone into Power Reserve mode? I would hate for it to get to 10% and switch into Power Reserve mode in the evening when I am out, and then it stops accumulating data! thanks.

Hi amart111, I have this question too, but I think I have the answer. It does not look like Watch does any monitoring while in power reserve. The display only provides the time to conserve power. If you are looking to save power but still track activity, I recommend placing Watch in Airplane mode. Please keep in mind be default this will place your iPhone in Airplane mode too. You can change that setting by following this path: My Watch>Airplane Mode>Mirror iPhone, set to off. Hope that helps!

Cheers,

Brandon
