twitter integration not working

Everytime I try to tweet or post a link directly using the share button in Safari, it doesn't work!!!! nothing works anymore. I've already re-installed the OS 2 times! It's getting annoying! The only thing I can do is sometimes press esc to get back to safari or force-quit it.
