MacBook Air Date

I have a MacBook Air, early 2014, running 10.3.3. The date keeps going back to Dec. 4, 2013. It does this randomly. I have tried auto time zone and zap pram and many other things. The diagnostic '"D" reboot shows all good. If I open system pref. Time & Date, it will then update to the correct date and keep it for a while then just a few hours later I will see that same old date again, Dec 4, 2013.
