Everything was OK. A couple of days ago, I tried to update my apps and when I signed in, I put the password and nothing happened. The date is OK. The password is OK, but the Ipad keep unsigned, it's like nothing's happening. There are no error messages, just not signing in.... what could be wrong?

I tried that Briansyddall, but I'm not signed in. I cannot sign out. I went to I-tunes and it's the same thing. It's asking me to sign in using an existing apple id or creating a new one. I tried 3 different apple accounts from my family and it's not signing-in. It's not a problem with the account... it may be the device...

Hi Have you had ipad from new or is it Second hand If you owned it from new make an Appointment at Apple Store Take proof of purchase . Cheers Brian
