New albums does not show up in 'Insert -> Choose...' dialog

I have both the Photos app and the Pages app running on my laptop. I add a new album with some pictures in it to the Photos app. I then return to my Pages app where I wish to insert some pictures from this album. I select Insert -> Choose and in the dialog that pops up, I select Photos (under Media) and open the Album folder. The new album isn't visible there and there's no way to refresh the view.

As far as I can tell, the only way to refresh the content shown under Media/Photos/Album is to restart the Pages app. When I do, the new album shows up.

Has anyone else seen this problem?
