Microsoft Outlook 2010 and iCloud v4.1.1.53 receiving send receive error.

My Windows 7 64-Bit PC crashed due to a hard drive failure. Everything had synced properly before the crash. Installed a new hard drive and set up iTunes v12.1.2.27(64-bit) with no trouble. Installed iCloud v4.1.1.53 with no trouble but when I launch Microsoft Outlook 2010 I get a send receive error. When I look at the Account settings for xxx@icloud.com I have IMAP/SMTP Income mail server p01-imap.mail.me.com and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) p01-smtp.mail.me.com. On the more settings advanced tab I have Incoming Server IMAP 993 and SSL and Outgoing Server SMTP 587 and TLS. I also tried Outgoing Server SMTP 587 and SSL and I still receiving send receive error. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue? Thanks.
