i mean i can't log into itunes store,app store from my iphone with my apple id, but from my pc i can log in with the ame id without problems
Check Settings > iTunes & App Store and see if it matches your Apple ID.
i try it.type my apple id & password and waiting, but nothing happens
Reset your iPhone: hold down the home and sleep button, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons.
Then try again in Settings > iTunes and App Store.
It does not fix it. This happened after my updating to ios 8.3
Might be a problem with your update. Connect to your computer and Restore your iPhone from your backup.
Maybe, but my icloud and facetime still working on my iphone with same apple id, only app store and itunes have this problem
