How to get your pictures back after accidentally restoring them

Back in June of 2014 I accidentally restored my iphone 5s. I deleted all of my pictures, I really want them back and I'm sure I cant. But In my storage right now it still holds those pictures saying that I have about 19 GB worth of picture but those pictures aren't in my phone anymore. So, since the memory still holds in my phone. Is there a way I can get them back?
