I've lost over one year of albums on my iphoto. When i go to events the last album is March 2014! Help! How do I get them back into iphoto in an organized manor?

Are you sure, you opened the correct iPhoto Library? Quit iPhoto and launch it again while holding down the alt/options key. Is there a newer library with more albums showing in the library chooser panel?

Are only your recent albums missing or also the photos in the albums?

All albums after March 7, 2014 are missing.

Only the albums, or are the photos missing as well?

I assume, you looked into the iPhoto Trash? And looked into any folders, if the albums have accidentally been moved?

Have you used iPhoto to search for your albums?

Use a smart album with the rule: "Album is ..."

The menu with the album names will list any albums in the library.
