FORGOT IPAD CODE.. NOT APPLE ID

I forgot my ipad code, but know my apple ID.. they are not the same.. how do i get my ipad code without changing my apple id?

If you have forgotten your passcode follow the instructions here:

Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

What makes you think that you have to change your Apple ID because you forgot the passcode to unlock the device? The two are not connected in that way at all.

Follow the instructions in the link that jazcan posted and you will be able to unlock the iPad.
