downloading videos from iCloud

hi all i am new to the mac and purchased it to do my video editing.

most of my older videos have downloaded from iCloud but i still have seven stuck on the cloud. i have rang support on the matter and they sugested that my broadband connection was not surfactant.

so i poped in to my local apple store, as advised to use there internet connection. Low and behold it is no faster with a MAX download speed from iCloud of only 200kbps.

A speed test online has proven that this is not the case and is running around 18mbps. We also signed in on another macbook with the same outcome.

any ideas? Its not the end of the world and most of my videos have downloaded but a couple of the ones that won't are good ones.

I'm running with the new 13" macbook pro.
