I can't get my pictures back from my phone, the screen is shattered and i can't allow my computer to access it without trusting the computer from my phone. HELP

My brother shattered his screen and has pictures on his phone from 2009 and he didn't back up his phone anywhere. I can't access his phone from my computer because of the "trust this computer" Is there any other way to access his phone or any way around that lock?
