Apps update from App Store doesn't want to update after installation!

Hello you all, I have a quite disturbing problem, on my Macbook Air which runs on OS X 10.10.3 everything use to be working just fine, until i found a week ago situation where App Store keep downloading the same couple of apps all over again and again. I've tried a few things myself which I thought could fix a problem, like auto & manual download of this apps, tried safe mode, changed my country region for other App Store experience, still App Store keeps downloading same apps every 30 minutes.

If someone can help or have an idea what to do, please I ask for your help, here is the list of apps that goes on infinite “Command Line Tools (OS X 10.10) v6.3, Safari v8.0.6, Remote Desktop Client Update v3.8.4, Digital Camera Raw Compatibility Update v6.04"
