Having midi controller setting change with plugins?

I set up my knobs on my NI machine to tweak my EQ. I also setup for logic compressor. Plus I have tons of plugins. They are saved as different presets in machine control editor and also are zones in Logics control setup. . Is there anything in the controller setup window that allows the setting to change when you open that plugin or jump back and forth between compressor and EQ. Like the way the akai advanced, NI kontrol, panarama or automap does. I don't mind mapping my goto plugins. This would save me money from buying a new controller.

These keyboards have so many knobs. It seems crazy that you have to program them every project you do. There must be a way for the settings to change when you open a plugin without having to learn the settings for knobs and faders again
