Very odd, please help.

For some reason my iTunes shows up with out the back ground, it comes up only as text and it shows whatever is behind it (an internet page, the background on my computer, Ect.) and when i scroll to go through the songs it will scroll but the name of the songs that were there before stay there and the other songs over lap it causing big black bars on my screen. If anyone knows what is wrong with my iTunes it would be very helpful to me. Thank you.

P.S. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
