It is safe to assume it is a Bluetooth device.
802.xx implies its Wifi, and since there are no wifi mice available to my knowledge, like Rysz points out, its safe to assume its a Bluetooth mouse.
With that said, most mice have branding on them and labels that identify their models, you should be able to google the brand and model to get the correct pairing instructions for it.
Best I can tell, my mouse is a SPEC Research MDL HK5000 with a dock. and it's blinking. The company may no longer be in business.
From what I can find through Google searches, this Mouse is not a Bluetooth mouse but an RF mouse, and should have an USB RF receiver you can plug into a USB port on the Mac.
Without that, the mouse cannot be used with any computer.
The up side of RF receivers is that they can be used longer distances than Bluetooth. This can be helpful in a presentation capacity. So finding the right receiver might be helpful if you need that type of utility.
