It seems that iTunes does not support FLAC.I also try other tools but not helpful. iTunes does not have the ability to convert FLAC to MP3. You can use a 3rd party audio format converter such as Switch. After conversion, add the MP3s to your iTunes library.

Use Max app to convert from FLAC to ALAC. Difference is only in encoding format name: not "Free…", but "Apple…".
My solution was to dump my iPhone for Android, and stop using iTunes. 😀
I'll consider using iOS again when Apple pays attention to simple things that customers want, like FLAC and support for HDA.
