iTunes doesn't play certain songs through Home Sharing

I have a MacMini Server (10.10.3) running iTunes (12.1.2) Home Sharing on my network. The problem is that there are certain song (3 SO far that I know of) that won't play on my devices. The files are fine because they play on the Server itself, however testing playing the songs on another MacMini, a MacBook Air and an iPad Mini, if the songs are in the "Up Next" list, iTunes will skip them automatically, I have tried removing the tracks and putting them back in, even deleting iTunes.il and refreshing the data base, neither have worked. I have same to the conclusion that those specific songs will not play through the Home Sharing feature. Does anyone have this problem or how to resolve it?
