disable screenshot on Apple Watch
When I use Apple watch at the gym I ended up having lots of screenshot on my iPhone's photo library, is there anyway to disable that feature

No, there is no way to disable that.

Meanwhile, move the watch a bit further up your wrist. You may find that moving the watch a bit further toward your elbow will also increase the accuracy of the heart rate monitor.

Thanks Meg, I think I have to use it like that
You're in luck, I spoke to Apple Support today and they offered this tip:
In the Apple Watch App, under General > Watch orientation, flip your view to "Digital Crown on (other side)".
I also switched my band around because I like it how it was.

Another forum member recommended that. He prefers to wear it that way as well.
While flipping the watch around does take care of the problem, I really think Apple is missing the obvious thing: screenshots are not particularly useful on the watch, so you should be able to turn it off.
