unable to print coupons

This may seem silly, but it's from LOML so I have to ask. Recently she's been having problems printing coupons (she's on 10.9), only coupons.com seems to work. I have tried on my mac (10.10.3) and have the same issues. I have tried reinstalling their software and our printer drivers (Kodak) to no avail. Kodak no longer supports its printers, and the people at smart source don't respond to any emails. Tried all their suggestions, but no luck. She also tried with two other companies who don't say what software they use. The problems with all of these companies is that their printing bypasses the printer queues, so I can't see if there are any problems. The best I can do is provide the console log from the printing.
