My iphone 5s has started showing line of faded squares across the screen and then it freezes up or starts opening apps without me doing anything. I also dont have facetime on my settings list and not sure why. Any ideas on either situation?

1. This is a hardware problem that needs evaluation by Apple.
2. If your phone was purchased in one of the Middle East coughries where FaceTime is illegal, it won't appear on your phone, even if you leave that country.
Thanks. I had apple look at it and yes it is a defected screen. My Face Time came back when I restored my phone to factory setting, not sure why it was gone in the first place.
