How do I back up my iTunes Library to a flash drive?

I want to back up my entire iTunes Library to a 64 GB SanDisk flash drive. How do I do it?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

Choose Home from the Finder's Go menu, double-click the Music folder, and drag the iTunes library to the drive.
