can I simply rotate 2D chart in Numbers3 ?

in numbers 09 if I remember one is able to rotate a 2D chart (in my case Stacked column) by pressing Command key and with cursor on charts handle you will be able to click and rotate. However, in numbers 3.5.3 which i am using now I can't simply turn whole graph upside down. I looked into documentation, they only mention rotating 3D graph.

but its visual purpose, i kinda dont want to believe its not able to rotate the chart.
