sync issues

Receive the following error when plugging in my iPhone 6 to my laptop using Windows 7 with Kaspersky, "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because an invalid responce was received from the device." Can anyone help?

I was getting the same error message that you were. I found the following solution in the apple forum and it worked for me.


Eventually found out that one of the settings in Kaspersky Internet Security was blocking the connection to the iPhone.


By going to Kaspersky, going to "settings", "Advanced settings" and "Network", you can uncheck the "Scan Encrypted Connections" tab which will allow iTunes and your device to connect.
