Iphoto and Yosemite

I updated to Yosemite and now when i try to open Iphoto I get


You must update visit the app store problem is when i do that i get a message saying that update is not available in Australia *** apple. 60,000 photos missing

iPhotos has been replaced with a new app called Photos. If it completed migrating your iPhoto Library, all your images are now also in Photos Library (Events are now Albums in a folder named iPhoto Events).

iPhoto and iPhoto Library remain on your drive and work as before. You have not lost any images.

How to get iPhoto 9.6.1 if you didn't update before OS X10.10.3.
