Mail / IOS8.3: Push notifications don't work

Hi,

upgraded my Iphone 4S to IOS8, straight to 8.3, and i can't have my mail to download automatically and be pushed down - i always have to go to the Mail, and then it starts searching for new mails.

I can't find a solution and it is really bothering
