I am trying to delete an email account, the delete option is not there

I am trying to delete an email account

I have been to setting/mail, contacts, calendars and clicked the relevant account.

When i have gone to that account the option to delete is not there

When I have looked at other accounts i do get the option to delete, so i am assuming i have the restrictions setting correct

I have tried restarting the device
