Hello,
I have a Windows 8 laptop and I have a movie that I bought through iTunes that I would really like to watch off of my WiFi. Is there any way I could download that movie onto my laptop from iTunes?

If you are in a country where films can be redownloaded, and it's still in the store, then it should show in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on our laptop's iTunes for redownloading - it should download into the Movies part of your iTunes library.
